The starting point of our construction process is a complimentary site evaluation. During this meeting, we'll have an in-depth discussion about your requirements and budget, and perform a comprehensive examination of the project location.
We'll furnish you with a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work and the materials required, giving you a clear understanding of what's included. Any changes can be made prior to starting the project.
Once you give the green light, we'll supply a written agreement outlining the project specifications, schedule, and payment conditions.
A start date will be agreed with your Project Manager, and if necessary, any required permits will be applied for.
Your Project Manager will keep you updated on any developments during the construction process. If you want to alter any aspect of the plan, they'll do their best to accommodate the changes based on the build stage and associated costs.
The project will only be considered finished when you're completely satisfied. Our team will promptly clean up the site so you can start using your new space, and the final payment will be due at that time.
